"This is my second bottle and I've been very pleased with this product. You can take them on an empty stomach, no funky/artificial flavors or colors, no after-taste. I can really feel the difference. I work out everyday so I take one at night and one every morning. It seems to work best for me."

"This is my second purchase of MegaFood Women's One Daily mulitivitamins and I'm very pleased with the results. I have more energy, am less foggy in the afternoons, and just generally feel better. I find them to be more effective if I split the vitamin in half and take one half at lunch time and the second half around 3 p.m. The only downside is that they are a little on the expensive side, but they are worth it!"

"I have been taking New Chapter for years but decided to try this one for a while to save a little money, and was pleasantly surprised by size of the tablet. I take several other supplements, so my main criterion for a multi is that I only have to take ONE pill! I gather this isn't organic? But it's a little cheaper and only about HALF as thick as the NC, making it so much easier to swallow. The NCs sometimes actually felt sharp-edged and hurt my throat a little...this one feels really smooth, and no weird vitamin burps (not that I ever had any with NC, but definitely with other multis). I would still recommend NC if you are concerned about organic."

"I mean what can you say negatively about this product other than it's not organic. It's a little less expensive than New Chapter, which are organic, and is the only other actual whole food vitamin on Vitacost besides New Chapter. So you're saving about 3 or 4 bucks but not getting organic."

"I have been taking these for four years and I have not had a cold or flu in four years when co-workers have suffered with colds on several occasions. "I use a lot of thier products now, but it all started with this one. I was able to eliminate all of the other individual brands and types and replace them with this one multi-vitamin. I feel great and you can actually tell the difference. I rave about MegaFood products to everyone I know and I would highly recommend them to you as well.
