"Recently, I was told my cholesterol was a bit on the high side.
I was not willing to take a prescription drug.
Through a friend, I hear about Red Yeast Rice.
My doctor and I discussed its use. She also did further research and we agreed to have me try it.
On my next checkup, we were both pleasantly surprised to see that my cholesterol had dropped significantly.
I still monitor my cholesterol with my D.O., but I have not had to resort to strict diets or expensive prescriptions that may work but may also have side effects."
