"This multivitamin Country Life Time Release High Potency Multi 100 is the best multivitamin I have taken. I am a insulin dependent 46yr. old male and still have an active lifestyle. This multi vitamin gives me the nutrients that I need to continue weightlifting, and activities with the kids and soon to have grandkids. Gives me a wealth of nutritional benefits that are good for diabetics and allows me to perform at levels that I strive for. Great multivitamin.
