"My boys, 7 and 10, have been swallowing the liquid Carlson's fish oil for 5 years daily. I used to take Carlson's fish oil for years, too, but now I don't have time always to pour the liquid, etc. So I take Carlson's capsules. This quick way of getting toxin-free fish oil -- through capsules -- is great. No yucky aftertaste; I just taste lemon."

"This is the best! Your after burps are nice and lemony, not fishy. Cod liver oil is an anti-inflammatory, so I took this while pregnant to combat swelling and it really did the trick. My kids also came out with luscious thick hair. Genetics? anyway, this is my favorite one (besides nordic naturals) because of price and flavor. My little ones will eat these, but start them early!"
