"Even though it did accelerate recovery and it was somewhat helpful in the gym, it does not dissolve like AST claims it does. If you mix it with only water or juice, it will give it a bitter taste."

"I have done my share of research on similar products by trial and error and found very few that compare to AST's micronized creatine. It has no gritty taste and seems to absorb quicker than other brands.Talking to others seem to agree this product works great and you will definately see a difference in muscle stregth and size."
