"I bought this hoping to reduce acne on my face, since I read that zinc can help it. It made no difference for me and it also sometimes give me a 'gag' feeling, like I want to throw up or something, even when I take it after dinner (a big meal)."

"I bought this to try to clear up my acne, as chelated zinc supposedly does. It did nothing that i can see- i know that it may just be me, and that it does exactly what it is supposed to, so i still gave it some stars :)"

"Tablets are easy to swallow and smaller than zinc capsules. I don't have a specific blood test that is a marker of how effective the zinc is, but it seems to be working well. Therefore I gave it 4 stars rather than 5."

"I'm taking this product as part of a pre-op surgery regimen for two weeks prior to and two week post surgery. As for its effectivness I cannot be sure as this is the first time I am using this and have not had my surgery yet but it certainly is a good buy for the money and was highly recommened by a nurse I know."
