"This product has changed my life. I have a very "fragile" nervous system. My hands always were shaky and people would even ask me at times if I was cold or nervous. Since I've been taking this product it has strengthened the myelin sheaths and my shaking is all but gone. And my daily energy level has increased tremendously. I love this product and simply can't live without it. I recommend it to everyone I know."

"I put this in my water when I workout. It gets in my system fast so I can receive the benefits during excersise. My breathing seems to be easier when I run my 4 miles. I've been able to increase my bench press weight.

"If I had to choose one thing to take with me on Survivor Island, this would be it. I have been taking this 3x per day with the Essential Silica 2x per day for 3 months now and feel better than I have in 20 years. Energy without jitters, mental clarity, focus, direction. I found I must drink 64-80 oz. of water for it to be effective. Price is best I've found."

"I have fatigue issues and when I take this product 3 times a day it makes a tremendous difference in how I feel. It also helps with being over acidic which also has a big impact on how I feel. I can't drink coffee and this feels like just as much - even better - a pick me up."

"I purchased this product after a friend's recommendation. I usually judge things on "It's good, but would I buy it again?" Many supplements come and go in our house and this one was a favorite. It is in liquid form and I usually add 8 drops either before or after strenuous activities and I feel better. (I have two little ones) I use mine on an as needed basis rather than 8 drops 3 times a day as recommended.
The taste is not bad at all. I add mine in water and it tastes almost like I added lemon to my water. I'm sure you could add it to anything but I've been wary because I do think that the tastes would clash in certain drinks such as coffee.
I also find the price to be a bit expensive and do find it to be a bit of a deterrent but when used sparingly I do think it's worth it. As I said, I would buy this product again and as a supplement "conniseur" (you should see our medicine cabinet) I cannot say this for the majority of the products we've purchased.
