"I am a breast cancer survivor who has researched the benefits of I3C for people like me. From all I have read anecdotally about its benefits, I believe it is worth taking. I have not read about any negative side effects from this supplement. I have to disagree with the reviewer who said the product degrades and smells like sulphur. Perhaps he is storing it incorrectly. I have never had a problem with any of my orders. The icing on the cake is that buying my supplements from vitacost is easy and the service is fast and efficient."

"This product turns color and degrades at room temperature within a few days after being unsealed.
.
As a prostate patient, I took this product daily for over a year, and now cannot tolerate, despite its benefits, the pervasive stink. Even a little leakage can result in clothes that smell of sulphur, and cannot be washed out."

"Research journals have indicated that Indole carbinol 3 has been shown to boost the body's defense against cervical cancer. Vitacast has it available for less then anywhere that I have found and has excellent customer service. You can't go wrong by giving it a try!"

"this is one of the few places on the web where I found I-3-C, which was used in a study (MSKCC) with regard to precancer cells. I only have subjective experience, but I wouldn't change a thing, and I won't stop taking this...better than eating twenty pounds of broccoli per day! :o)"
