"I'm a muncher, I eat all the time and always feel hungry. This year I decided to try and lose some weight. I'd always heard good things about hoodia and I've also heard about the scams involved. I got this product four days ago and have been taking only 3 caps a day one before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Already I am seeing results. I'm no longer "nibbley" through the day and with some exercising I've lost 3 pounds already. I've been eating smaller portions because I haven't been hungry.

I know things react different with different people, but this has been very effective with me and I'm going to continue using it. I've already recommended it to several of my friends."

"I found it effective and save. I took two pills and hour before each meal. It didn't make me feel sick like some diet pills. I stopped snacking all day and noticed a difference in only two weeks."

"If you are looking to truly loose weight then don't use this at all. Has no appetite supressing qualities whatsoever. Horrible Product!"
