"This product is an internal moisturizer for skin and joints. I take it because it contains hyaluronic acid, which plumps up the wrinkles, and MSM which also helps beautify the skin. I gave it four stars instead of five because it doesn't seem to have helped the pain and stiffness in my fingers. However, I will continue to take it for the skin benefits."

"I've had an inflamed and damaged tendon or something behind my kneecap for at least 6 months. I started taking this, and the pain is almost completely gone. I've been taking it for less than 2 months. Also, my skin seems to love it!"

"This product really seems to deliver on all counts. It does seem to internally moisturize, and it has also helped with pain and strains in several joints that I have had for some time now.
It's a personal choice, but I feel better about taking this than anti-inflammatories like ibuprofen 3 or 4 times a day."

"This product is amazing. I noticed the difference in my skin within a week of taking it. It was more moist and smoother, and my finger nails, that are very healthy, are growing at an amazing rate. I told others about it as well. The main and only problem with this product is capsule quality. Several had holes and the product leaked out, or the capsule was completely empty. Therefore, when you get to the bottom of the container, you have a lot of powder that should have been caplets that you could have taken instead of wasted."

"I have a hynerated disc and five bulging discs and this product has helped reduce the pain and give me a cushion feeling in my back. It has also made my other joints more mobile and skin feel soft. Vitacost was FAST and easy to use!!! Nice to see a great online store. I'll be BACK."
