"Great way to get your EFA's without the use of fish oils. You don't gain weight from healthy fats; if anything you will maintain or lose from them! Only complaint is that the product doesn't come in a smaller, less expensive bottle. Product lasts up to 2 months in the fridge but if I travel and can't bring it with me, whatever is waiting in the fridge might go bad. A smaller bottle would enable me to bring it along and not worry about this. A smaller bottle will also give people a chance to try it without fear of spending so much on the larger bottle."

"I've used this product for approximately 4 years and have found it to be the best source of omegas anywhere. No where can you get such a level of omega nutrients in one product. My skin, hair, bowels & energy are much improved since I started using this oil. "This is one of those supplements for me that is difficult to rate, simply because the effect doesn't jump out and present itself loudly like, say, a powerful thermogenic weight loss pill, or creatine, etc... The effect here is more subtle and over time you just start to notice that you're feeling better overall...provided you've improved other areas of your diet, of course! You obviously shouldn't go on drinking two liters of soda a day and then complain that your energy levels are taking a dive and so on. However, there is plenty of research to support the notion that EFAs can do good work for the body when part of a sensible diet.
With Udo's Choice, you won't get that fishy taste that comes along with some pills. The taste of the oil itself is actually quite easy to get along with. I normally drop a tablespoon of it into a protein shake about an hour or so after my workouts, but it also works well mixed in with a salad. My only complaint is that it's a bit expensive. But overall, I'm really pleased with this product."
