"These pills are rather large. If you can't handle large pills then steer clear of these - they are also not coated. They have not given me any stomach issues and I haven't gotten sick while on it so that has to mean something. Either way you know you're improving your bodily needs."

"How do you rate the quality and effectiveness of any supplement? I don't know. I just feel other purchasers need to know that this is a VERY large pill, and I get choked/gag on it about every third time I take it. Some of us have more trouble swallowing pills than others.
