"I just take 2 in the morning and they seem to really work. The recommended dose is 2 capsules three times a day. The capsules are small and easy to swallow."

"I am a big believer in Dr Weil and his integrative medicine. I needed something that was not a stimulate to boost my energy. This does work better than even super B vitamins."
