Each capsule contains 250 mg of Ornithine from 319 mg of Ornithine HCl (Hydrochloride), and 500 mg Arginine from 602 mg L-Arginine HCl.

"I love Jarrow so much i could write them a love letter.

"I read a review of this product by a prominent doctor who said to take this before bedtime and it'll make you lose weight while you sleep.
I have an apple shape and this is really working to reduce my belly fat. People at work have been complimenting me on how good I'm looking.
