"As a belly fat reducer, it does nothing noticeable. The bioavailability is the problem - it all gets digested in the gut and nothing goes into the blood stream. I tried it for a month with no results at all. They say pipperine (a black pepper extract) aids bioavailability. If so, it needs to be added to the product. I haven't tried using it in a poultice and getting it through the skin. This company give good service."
