Jarrow Formulas B-Right -- 100 Capsules

Low Odor B-Complex Optimized B-Complex B-RightT is a carefully balanced B complex formula. B-RightT is low-odor because the choline bitartrate is microencapsulated in cellulose beadlets. B-RightT is the pleasant-to-take B-Complex. Methylcobalamin is better absorbed, retained and utilized than other forms of B12. Methylcobalamin and niacinamide protect brain and nerve tissue. Pantethine is a derivative of Vitamin B5 and is a precursor to coenzyme A (CoA) which is involved in oxidative metabolism. Pyridoxal 5-phosphate (P-5-P) is the coenzyme form of vitamin B6 and is necessary for the metabolism of proteins and amino acids.

"So i had major problems digesting this caplet. I prefer Nature's Way B100 capsule instead. Goes down much easier and much much easier on my stomach than this one. Disappointed in Jarrow for this one."

"Pretty potent b complex but easy on the stomach. If I take in morning after less than stellar night's sleep then sometimes gives a niacin flush. otherwise a great & unique B complex. Great value, too."

"This is the best B vitamin supplement I've ever tried. It doesn't give a niacin flush at all for me, even if I take 2 on an empty stomach. I experience no nausea or upset stomach. The capsules don't smell bad because the Choline is micro-encapsulated. The B12 seems to absorb really well, and the supplement gives me plenty of energy and brain power."

"This B complex has the right balance to support energy needs. My husband is very finicky, and I have a difficult time convincing him to take a B complex and a multi. He has been taking this without complaint; and his energy level is high; even though he works very long hours. I would recommend this formula to anyone who needs help with stressors as only a B complex can do. Take with food."

"I want a well-balanced B vitamin blend, that doesn't go overboard, or include extras I already get plenty of in a multi-vite, etc. This is the only one I've found that fits the bill. I Recommend highly!"

"I cannot tolerate more than 50 mg. of B6 in a balanced B formula, so I was happy to find this one with 25 mg. of B6 and also 100 mg. of Methylcobalmin--the good B12. This is a good product, and gentle on the stomach."
