"I had concerns about building muscle mass, and I read that BCAA's as supplement helps muscle maintainance if taken before or after workingout at the gym. I tried in combination with other supplements after the gym and I have managed to increase 10 pounds of weight over time. Of course proper diet and good sleep helps too."

"this product is basically a commodity amino acid that alot of companies manufacture.
so i would give it five stars for overall satisfaction because you get alot of product for much less than the other online stores. even if this was the only product you purchased, your overall delivered price will beat any one else."
