"I've used this product for several months and take it morning and night. I find that it has been helpful in helping me relax and settle down to get a better night's sleep. I haven't noticed so far tht it's helped in weight loss, but I'm still working on that!"

"I take two of these before bed and fall asleep faster, sleep more deeply, have vivid dreams, wake up earlier (a good thing) feeling well-rested. I'd have to say that it I've generally been in a better mood since I started supplementing with GABA, just feeling a little more relaxed."
