"This product really does give sustained energy throughout the day. I use it because my adrenals are low, to help get free thyroid hormone into my cells, while giving my adrenals a rest. I don't think you should necessarily take this if you don't need it. Have your adrenals tested so you know if you need it or it can cause irritability and mood swings, as well as energy "crashes" in the early evening."
