"To be fair, I did not take any additional fiber supplement as recommended in the directions. Would be nice if that recommendation was posted in the item description so the fiber supplement could be purchased at same time. The reason I gave less than 5 stars is I'm really not sure how effective the cleanse is...it claims to cleanse/eliminate from all 7 channels of elimination- but how do you measure results? I don't necessarily feel significantly different- could be that one also needs to follow the recommended diet of fish, fruit and nuts. I like Renew Life products- but don't know that I'd use this product again. On a positive note, the cleanse is very affordable, so even if the results are less than spectacular, I haven't lost a ton of money."

"This product does what it claims--it cleanses. I followed the directions by taking 1 of each for the first 3 days and increased to 2 per day beginning on day 4. This produced a bowel movement EVERY day, which had to be good for the cleansing and eliminating process. I would highly recommend this product to anyone needing a safe, gentle, but effective cleanse. I use this product once or twice per year when I need to cleanse, and I know it will do the job."
