"I am fairly new to GABA but I can feel the flush on the occasions I actually have a somewhat empty stomach at bedtime when I take it, It definitely assists in sleeping. The value for money is great. I cant speak for the GH promotion portion as I train hard enough to where it is unclear where the physical benefits come from."
