"This 3lbs bag is closer to sugar than anything else I've tried. I have been looking for a sugar subsitute that I would actually use. Alot of them I've tried including Splenda have a horrible after taste I can't stand. This stuff doesn't. I have used every drop of it and am now in the process of ordering more. It's also helping me lose weight. I've lost 6.6 lbs in 2 1/2 weeks by doing nothing else but switching from sugar to this!"

"I love xylitol as a product and have used it in many things - coffee, tea, lemonade, cookies, quick breads, ice cream, etc. It makes an awesome substitute for sugar without feeding bacteria, cancer cells, or blood sugar! We've been using it for a year & I have substituted it for sugar in everything except yeast breads & candy (doesn't work well in either). My favorite thing is the weight-loss benefit from eliminating the blood sugar/insulin effect of sweets (the body burns insulin instead of food when you eat high sugar/starch foods).
This is the poorest quality of the 4 brands I've tried, however, because the crystal size is so variable - fine to large granules all together. I had to grind it more finely in my blender to get it to dissolve properly. Xylitol is already a bit slower to dissolve than sugar, so the large grains are annoyingly slow!"

"If you're looking for a low-glycemic sweetener that tastes like sugar, and no aftertaste, this is it! I replaced my soft drink habit with iced tea, and this is a great substitute sweetener! It is also good for your teeth. I no longer keep white granulated sugar in my house. This can also be used for baking. It costs a little more than sugar, but the health benefits are worth it."
