"Propolis is a natural bee extract with properties that are anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral. My wife and I took this product everyday during the flu season and neither of us caught the flu. We introduced Propolis to our daughter-in-law and the chronic allergic cough which had bothered her for a long time disappeared. We highly recommend this product to everyone who is susceptible to illness."

"I bought this for my father. I take the "Natural Liquid Extract" form, but some people don't like the flavor. I add two drops of honey to a spoon of propolis and it tastes great (in my opinion :o) This product is fantastic. And I really trust the quality of YS. The price may be somewhat high but it's worth it. Since taking this product I do not get sick specially during cold times or change of seasons. I highly recommend them (both caps and liquid-honey consistency actually)."
