"This product is good I think, however I can not determine if this has been beneficial for clear thinking or not. I have been losing more weight while working out and this may have something to do with taking this product. I've also been working out more intensely.

Thinking this is a good product based on the review of the ALC combo from Life Extension. I'm thinking this is best evaluated over a longer period of time vs. a couple of months."

"If your working out 4-6 days per week your routine sould include an consistant amino acid supplimentation for lean muscle mass build. The NSI products are of superior quality and are reasonably priced. If your supplimenting properly those are two important components for consistant success in your fitness routine. Stay fit and make sure you enjoy it!"
