"I did the research, read everything I could get my hands on about Dog Gone Pain. I was so hopeful that this natural supplement would give my dog just what the ads said and, "Bring out the puppy..." for my dog.
It didn't work at all and I suppose all those folks that wrote wonderful reviews for this product on the manufacturer's website are really the lucky ones.
My dog is 9 years old, a lab and mastiff mix. Perhaps if you are a dog with diabetes you don't get to be completely pain free in your old age, unless you resort to harsh medications.
If this product really will work for some I truly can't say, just didn't see any change in my sweet girl and that was after going through 2 bottles of pills."

"I truly believe this has helped my 13 year old Golden Retriever feel better, she is much more active and seems to be much more mobile, with less joint aches. Yes it is expensive, but your best friend is worth it!"

"We are almost at the end of the first bottle and I don't see any difference. She takes 2 tablets a day.
It may work for some dogs but not for every dog.

"After reading reviews I decided to try product, but very disappointed. The reviews raved about the difference it made in their dogs - there was NO visible improvements afterr using a full bottle.

I was hopeful it would hold up to the reviews - but not the case."

"I would recommend this to a friend and have? My Scottish Terrier, Shadow is going on 15 yrs. old and has joint problems and stomach problem. Since starting him on this he gets around much better and the stomach problems have stopped. We took an empty bottle to his vet and showed it to him!"

"Isis is my 3 year old maltese. She started having problems with jumping onto our couch. within 3 weeks her rear end was failing badly. Her hing legs would fall out from under her. She got a lyme test that came up negative. X-rays showed nothing. Tried DGP and seen results. She is not perfect but much better than she was. She does not like the taste though, picky girl."

"My 11 yr. old dog was having some stiffness in his back hips. I started giving him Dog-Gone-Pain and it took about three weeks before I noticed a huge improvement. We have just started on the second bottle and the stiffness seems to be completely gone! This is a great product."

"My 11.5 yr old Lab was having trouble standing up and he seemed very depressed. I started using DGP and within two weeks he was getting up without trouble, could jump from the ground to the porch (about 1') and no longer seemed depressed. He is doing so much better and we hope to have him with us for several more years!"

"I found out about Dog Gone Pain when I noticed a neighbor's two old dogs having great difficulty moving around for about a year and then I saw them running around like puppies. My neighbor told me her secret, she had just started them on something called "Dog Gone Pain". I was so impressed that I went in and got on my computer and order a bottle that same day. My dog was 13 years old and begining to have difficulty in going up and down our front stairs. After just one week he was not only going up and down the stairs with ease, he was was walking with a spring in his step and playing with his pals in the park like a puppy again! THANK YOU!!!!"

"My dog was really in pain and we were considering starting to leave her at home when we were going for a walk. She has bad knees and would limp for days after a medimum length walk. NOW she runs like a puppy again. I was thinking of trying this for myself!"

"Our oldest dog has severe arthritis in her hip. This is the only non-prescription product that enables her to be able to move around much easier. We feel that giving her an all natural product whenever possible is preferable to having to give her any prescription medications. We highly recommend this product."

"It's a nice alternative for my dog with joint issues and I hope to be able to keep her on it without needing NSAID's. However, I have a large dog and it would be much more convenient if the product was sold in larger quantities, especially if my other dogs start having a need for it."

"My dog has a hip problem and was favoring one leg. He did not want to walk very far without sitting. After one week I saw improvement. It just kept getting better now he runs and plays with a slight limp. I would recomend every one try this. It is herbal and no bad side effects. Also Recomended by Whole Dog Journel they also tested this product and had same good results."

"Our yellow lab has had knee operations on both knees and has arthritis in both. We tried DGP and within two weeks he was running like before the operations. We have already recommended DGP to a friend who does volunteer work in a dog rescue center in Boulder, CO. We are extremely pleased with DGP."

"If you have a pet who has aged and most likely suffers from some arthritis, I would highly recommend DGP. Your vet can offer you a prescription, but I prefer a more natural approach. My 14 yr old husky-shepard mix does very well on this product. She weighs about 60# and I give her one tablet twice a day. Keep your pet pain free and happy....this stuff works."
