"This is my most favorite drink. I have been on it for about 12 years. I go off it every once in a while but always come back. It's great for sustained energy so is good for athletes. Plus it has a wide array of nutrients so reduces the number of vitamins you need.
If I am not active for a while I find it gives me too much energy so then I back off. Many people I know who take it say it sustains them for up to 6 hours while being very active."

"My husband limits his diet for health reasons but uses this daily in a shake with soy milk for an excellent source of many nutrients. I can't drink it due to grainy nature/"earthy" taste but he does great with it and re-orders it over and over."

"There is no doubt that a healthy diet contributes to good health. Taking pills is very iffy in terms of research. To me, ultimate meal is a good compromise, fast like a pill, but also, in many respects, a whole food."
