"I drink this daily. I use a blender, throw in some ice, strawberries, blueberries, banana with skim milk and it keeps me full all morning. I find myself sluggish if I don't drink it."

"Tastes really good and you get your complete vitamins. Its lumpy so will need to mix in blender. I use it with unsweetened chocolate almond milk."

"Our favorite way to drink this powder is mixed in the blender with really hot water or hot coffee. It tastes just like hot cocoa, or mixed with coffee like a cafe mocha. Yum! And it is much better for kids than that horrible Nestle Quick!"

"Spiru-Tein protein energy powder is delicious. I particularly enjoy the Chocolate flavor. Blending it with soy milk and ice makes a wonderfully sweet "milkshake" with around 250 calories. The directions say to stir it with water, milk or juice, however the powder can become clumpy. Using a blender ensures it will be smooth and creamy."

"My husband and I have been using Spirutein for years. We love the taste and it is chock full of vitamins. I drink one before I hit the gym and it keeps me going. We make ours with almond milk and add some frozen fruit and ground flaxseed."
