"No matter where you look on the internet this stuff always has rave reviews. You just have to try it to see for yourself. I just feel better all around when I take it. It also lowered my BP. Just read up on magnesium and it will all make sense why this works so well. Absoption is the key."

"I have tried this product before and didn't think it worked. Finally I kept taking 3 teaspoons in hot water all through the day until it worked. Now I'm on a maintenance of an average of 5 to 6 teaspoons (three twice a day) along with to cups of fiber drink. Works wonderfully and normally.

I've had chronic constipation all my life, and my doctors always laughed or made light of my situation. My chiropractor at Big Springs, TX, Dr. Warren, stressed the importance of this product and gave me a detailed pamphlet to read. Boy, am I glad for his advice - and so-o-o relieved!

Most people won't try enough!"

"This is a great product for loosening tense muscles in your back and neck. Just be careful not to take too much or you will be running to the bathroom the next day. I would start with one teaspoon at night mixed in hot water so it will dissolve, then increase up to three teaspoons if you can tolerate that much."

"I have to admit that I do not like the UNflavored Calm as much as the sweet lemon or raspberry-lemon flavored Calm. Although I have always bought the raspberry-lemon, I chose the unflavored to try because it does not have added Stevia. I was not educated on Stevia, but have since learned that it is a NATURAL sweetener found in an herb. Additionally, stevia actually has health benefits as well. SO, about the unflavored calm. It is not too bad and we are drinking it and will use it. Another benefit to the unflavored Calm is that you can add it to your green tea and get benefits of both at the same time. However, if given a choice, since I like to drink my Calm at bedtime, I will go back to the yummy raspberry-lemon with my next order. Even our teen girls are drinking the plain Calm, but prefer the raspberry-lemon."

"As far as magnesium supplements go, Natural Calm is the very best. I have Mitral Valve Prolapse which includes panic attacks, anxiety, heart palpatations. I can always tell when I have forgotten to take my Natural Calm. It alleviates all of the syndrome that goes along with MVPS. "My chiropractor recommended Calm to me because I was having severe inner thigh cramps at night. It turns out that I was deficient in magnesium and had too much calcium in my system. This product has brought a balance to my system and I no longer suffer from those horrible cramps. In addition, the price of Calm on this site is unbelievable as my doctor was charging me nearly twice the amount!"
