Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12 -- 1000 mcg - 100 lozenges

Protects Brain Cells and Nerve Tissue Methylcobalamin (Methyl B-12) is better absorbed and retained than other forms of B12 (such as cyanocobalamin). Methyl B-12 protects nerve tissue and brain cells, and promotes better sleep. Methyl B-12 is a cofactor of methionine synthase, which reduces toxic homocysteine to the essential amino acid methionine. Methylcobalamin also protects eye function against toxicity caused by excess glutamate.

"Within a week I noticed I fell asleep faster and slept much deeper when taking these. Instead of taking one full lozenge every 2 - 3 days as directed, I cut each lozenge into 2 or 3 pieces and just have one piece each day along with my other supplements. When I ran out in between orders, it took only a few days for my sleeping to go back to what it was, then once back on B12, it took a few days to get back to deep again. I love this stuff."

"I take this in the morning after I haven't had enough sleep or a few too many and it totally revives me. I have been taking B-12 for years and prefer the sublingual. This is a far better B-12 than any I have tried. And a great price!

"I have only been taking this brand for less than a week and I am sleeping better and have energy. The taste is not bad at all. I dissolve mine under tongue. I was taking a sublingual complex for a few months and didn't feel any noticeable difference ( It also did not have methly). I also bought this originally from a local health store and spent $17.99 for exact same product , quantity and strength. I look forward to my next purchase from Vitacost. My Dr. recommended I take b12 a year ago, I can"t believe I procrastinated and now feel this well with noticeable differences so soon."
