"not good with just water, but I add it to my smoothies along with a fiber powder, cinnamon, Udo's Oil, frozen fruit, acai juice, noni juice, mangosteen juice, gogi juice, ice and any other juice (crabberry, pomegranite, coconut, pineapple, etc.) and sometimes yogurt too!"

"I have used this product for years and consider it something I wouldn't do without. I usually add it to a protein drink, or even mix it into my cereal, to give it more nutrition -- I mean, what easier way is there to consume more greens and detoxifying nutrients, which we all need? It's easy, and it tastes good when mixed with a drink or food. Highly recommended!"
