"My doctor was concerned that I was not getting enough calcium and vitamin D because I am dairy intolerant and cannot consume any dairy.

She was pleasantly surprised to tell me that I am one of the few people she has tested whose levels came back well within the normal range. I would highly recommend this to anyone searching for a good calcium supplement!"

"I don't know for sure how much calcium supplements help your bones. I think weight bearing excerises have a lot better affect. But, between taking these supplements and doing weight bearing excerises, my bone density has improved."
