"so i am by no means an expert on whey, but my friend who is a health guru recommended this product and i have to say it is fantastic. I just ordered my second tub and i highly recommend it. Taste great, and wonderful benefits, non-GMO protein and lots of other healthy stuff. I mix it with milk if i am lazy, or whip it in my blender with some bananas, strawberryks, other fruit and some oatmeal. try it you will not regret it!"

"I make a shake for breakfast with protein powder, milk, fruit juice and a raw egg. It helps keeps me filled up until I can have lunch 6-7 hours later. I find it to be a little too sweet but that's just because I mix it with juice. It's very good when mixed only with milk and egg. I use my regular recipe when I use the unflavored protein powder, sometimes adding a teaspoon of cocoa, also very good. mixes easily and it tastes great"

"I am quite happy to finally find a whey protein powder without artificial sweetners! Jarrow tastes good, smells good, and has wonderful ingredients. The ONLY issue I have had is that the taste is almost too weak. When I make my protein drinks, I like to have about 12 oz. of liquid so the drink lasts a while. With that amount, one scoop of powder tastes too watered down for me. Before Jarrow, the product I used had Splenda, which made for a robust taste with 12 oz. of water. Since getting away from Splenda I have just had to change my ways! I have recommended this product to people and make sure they order from Vitacost. I have saved about $10 a tub by avoiding the health food stores! Good stuff!"

"I was looking for a whey protein powder that was not artifically flavored with all those new-fangled sweeteners of dubious safety and strange taste. I love this stuff! It keeps me full for a full eight - ten hour work day when I add a scoop of ground flax seed, gives me stamina and vibrancy and energy, builds noticeable muscle with moderate exercise, and tastes great! I can't keep my teenage girls out of it, so I just buy it by the case (a milk cow is next on the list . . . )"
