"I have been using Prostate Optimizer for almost a year now. I have noticed a slight increase in my urinary stream, as well as a notable correction for post urinary drip. I take one capsule in morning and one in evening. I am well pleased with this product, as well as several other Jarrow's Formulas that I use on a regular basis."

"I have used several like products over the years, many which have given me measurable relief, but I have never used a brand that was less effective than yours. I never realized any significant help through the use of the entire bottle. I have used nothing for the past two weeks, and I am no worse off now than when I was using your formula. It was a waste of money to me."

"Having researched the main ingredient in this formula (SabalSelect, from Indena, S.p.a., of Italy, a leading supplier of botanical extracts to the supplement industry), I found the Saw Palmetto extract in Prostate Optimizer works best for men with mild-to-moderate symptoms of BPH (commonly referred to as enlarged prostate). If you have more severe urinary flow-related problems due to BPH, you might want to try something stronger, such as Life Extension Foundation's Advanced Natural Prostate Formula or New Chapter's Prostate 5-LX."

"I am disappointed in this product. I used a competitor that reduced incidents of rising from sleep to urinate. I thought this would be a better value with similar ingredients. I use other Jarrow products successfully."
