"I had high hopes for this product, but was a little disappointed that it did not work as expected. I get a lot of sinus headaches (I am affected by weather changes) and I did not like the idea of using OTC meds. I thought this product might do the trick since it had some good reviews behind it. I have used it about 12 times and only about a third of the time did it actually work. It seems if you take it the MINUTE you feel you MAY have a sinus headache coming on... it will work. But if you wait, it doesn't. My problem is that I often wake up in the very early morning hours with sinus pressure, and when I have tried using it then, it doesn't work at all."
