"this product does a great job of getting the extra "gunk" out of your system. it is an affordable detox as well, many of the detox products available are much more expensive and are essentially bentonite with some herbs thrown in. i recommend using this in combination with flora's detox tea and lots of water!"

"Product works very well to cleanse your intestines. I felt better after using this product for only a few days, then a curious thing happened. My stamina increased a great deal the next time I went jogging. A very surprising and welcome side effect! This product has absolutley no taste at all and is very easy to swallow. Be sure to drink lots of water throughout the day as recommended or you may get a little constipated."

"With all the pesticides and herbicides we are exposed to on a daily basis and the nation's water supply being contaminated with perchlorate, I wanted a detox to absorb those harmful elements. Bentonite is not only very effective, it is gentle and does not interfere with my daily work schedule. I thought the taste would be bad but it has very little taste at all and is not offensive. I ordered another two bottles along with several other items and the box arrived with one of the bottles broken. I called Vitacost and they were very courteous and sent me another bottle which I recieved two days later. This is the best online shopping experience I've ever had. "After much reading on the Internet, I decided to try clay in an effort to find relief from dealing with dry patchy, itchy spots on my hands for almost two years. Liquid clay seemed to be the best option and since Vitacost offered this recommended brand, I was eager to try it. The skin on my hands began clearing up within a day or two after I started taking Bentonite, and it hasn't returned. I don't even mind that the liquid tastes like lake water. I'm planning to keep Bentonite as part of my daily supplement regimen. We obviously consume many toxins from the foods we eat, so it seems logical to do what I can to regularly strive to rid myself of those."

"This product cleans out the walls of your colon, all that baked on debris, if you will, or you might call it, that "brick n' mortar" junk on your colon walls from all the preservatives and bad stuff that doesn't get fully absorbed since some things were never meant to digest in the first place, so they get stuck inside the colon walls and who knows what they eventually turn into if we don't atleast try to remove them by cleaning out the colon. This stuff is a type of liquid clay that actually absorbs that junk, but a good herbal colon cleanse works in conjunction with this product in my own experience. A Naturalist Dr can help you to understand why you need to clean your colon. It's real important and helps your vitamins to be better absorbed too!"

"I've taken bentonite for years, and it really helps to settle an upset stomach (especially when due to food poisoning or a stomach bug) by absorbing toxins and viruses/bacteria out of the digestive tract. I've felt better from food poisoning just a few minutes after taking this stuff. I will never be without it!"
