"I have been using this product for at least 6 years. It's gentle on my system and keeps me regular, even during times of stress and when my diet is less than ideal because of my busy work schedule. Even when I'm eating healthy (which I try very hard to do), I take this on a daily basis because it doesn't seem to have any negative effects on my system. Other colon care products I've tried (both powder and pill forms) are either ineffective or cause diarrhea and abdominal cramping. I really recommend this product for those of you who have occasional or chronic constipation or if you just want to make sure you get enough fiber and stay regular."

"No added flavoring, sugar, etc, and both soluble and insoluble fiber, plus FOS to support beneficial bacteria. The original formula included acidophilus bacteria, but Yerba Prima no longer adds this, so adding some kefir to the water you stir the Colon Care into may increase its beneficial effects. This product is far better than the more 'commercial' alternatives. I have been using it for years."
