"Very convenient not to have to buy milk as a liquid and have it go bad if you don't use it in time. Cheaper than organic cow milk, which is what we've been using to make kefir. By itself, the goat milk is too sweet for our tastes, but this is covered up by the sourness of kefir, so this is a great product for our particular use, especially because it has none or fewer of the negative aspects of cow milk which, after all, is for baby cows and in that goat milk is the closest to the human variety."

"Since you can travel far or near with this because it is in powder form, it won't go bad! So, it's probably less than liquid milk in the long run because it won't spoil! Closest milk to human milk and easy to digest. My son loves it."

"My daughter and I have been drinking goat's milk for quite some time now. We were getting it fresh, but it was not convenient for us at all, and would go bad quickly. The powdered Meyenberg goat's milk is great. I can mix up a batch whenever I need it. I don't make it nearly as strong as they suggest. I only use 3-4 scoops per quart instead of 8 scoops. It is plenty rich enough with half the amount they suggest. I make yogurt with it, and use it in stuff that I cook. One thing I would recommend is that you warm the water up first before mixing the powder. Then use a small wire whisk to mix it. Otherwise it is really hard to get the chunks out. This is the only way we buy goat's milk now because of the convenience of it. My husband can't stand goat's milk, but he cannot tell a difference if I use this in recipes. I have used fresh goat's milk in recipes before, and he can always taste the goat flavor. He can't when I use this milk. It doesn't have a super strong flavor like fresh milk can have."

"Meyenberg powdered goat milk is rich and creamy when mixed with the right amount of water. You can use less or more water than the container says to suit your taste. I use it on cereal, for baking and cooking. A great addition to my pantry and I don't have to worry about the extra powdered milk I have on hand going bad. It keeps well in a cool place. I definitely recommend this product!"

"My son has been on this since he was 6 weeks old. I breast fed him and supplemented with this goat's milk after trying to supplement with formula. He would throw up all of the formula so I looked on the internet for the closest thing to breast milk and found this. Doctors can not argue because it is now fortified with Vitamin D and folic acid and is pasteurized. He took to it wonderfully and never once spit it up. I've never had to add karo syrup as other do with formula. He is six months old now and is perfectly healthy. Honestly, I didn't even tell his pediatrician at first because I wanted to see how he did on it without hearing the standard lecture of trying all of the formulas. After seeing how perfectly healthy he was, she had no problem with it. This product is wonderful!"

"I used to get raw goat's milk but it is not available in our new location. It tasted and smelled wonderful. If goat's milk has a gamey flavor then the males and females have not been separated adequately or the milk has not been cooled sufficiently after milking. Maybe some people don't mind or even like the flavor. It makes me wretch. I don't care how good it is for you, I would not drink this stuff again! I plan to use my 1 can for baking only."

"When I stopped breast feeding my daughter, goat's milk was the choice. First, goat's milk is easily digested. Second, it is much closer to breast milk than cow's milk. My daughter started drinking this milk when she was 10 months old. She loves it and drinks it twice a day. She doesn't have any problems with it despite that her Pediatrician told us not to feed her with cow's or goat's milk until after 1 year old ... basically the Pediatrician was trying to promote us to feed our daughter with formula, which is just full of artificial ingredients! My husband and I also drink this goat's milk even before our daughter was born. It tastes good and we do not experience bloating as when we drink cow's milk! This powder milk is great too as it has longer shelf life, cost effective and very mobile as compared to fresh milk. We don't need to worry about milk when we travel ... as long as we have this Meyenberg Goat's milk and water, we are set!"

"goat's milk provides the human body the necessary enzymes required for the proper assimilation and digestion of the vitamins and minerals provided by goat's milk.

traditionally - goat's milk has been used by individuals who were unable to fully and efficiently absorb the vitamins and minerals provided by cow's milk. as such, goat' milk when used regularly by an individual who suffers 'lactose intolerance' enables that individua to build up the necessary enzymes within their personal biology required for the assimilation and digestion of cow's milk.

my wife and i have used this goat's milk powder as an effective formula for our now seven and a half month old daughter (we mix the goat's milk powder to rice cereal at a ratio of 1:3...). when we used an 'organic baby's formula' - we found she suffered severely from colic and upon using the meyenberg goat's milk powder with the rice cereal, her colic situation diminished rathr quickly and she continues to benefit from this formula day by day.

the ability for the human biology to overcome afflictions of disharmony and unbalance relies upon the individual's understanding of the necessity of correct assimilation and digestion of vitamins and minerals essential to the human biology. using meyenberg goat's milk powder, i believe, represents that important step towards correcting such biological unbalances and disharmonies."
