"I bought this after I ran out of my other Avalon conditioner, I love it, but I still like the Avalon "Revitalizing Peppermint" conditioner best, even though the Lavender smells better, it is lighter and in the FL sunshine, sea, and sand, a girls gotta have extra moisturizing condition for gorgeous hair!!!! I got more of the Peppermint and when its wet and rainy out, I use the Lavender."

"This product actually does pretty well, once you get out of the shower it is easy to brush out your hair and once your hair is dry it feels nice, but when you are in the shower it just doesn't sudds up like chemically altered products do! So that's just something I'll have to get use to I guess! besides that, I'd say this product is pretty good. I may try another avalon organics conditioner next time... just to compare and see which I like the best! NO PARABENS!!!"

"This is a great companion to the shampoo. My hair feels soft and manageable after I use it. My hair is down past my waist so I only use on the long strands rather than on my head -- combs out easy every time. I do brush my hair before I wash it as I learned decades ago that would help insure an easy comb out. Smells fabulous and is organic too.
I make soap, including a shampoo bar. It does take getting used to natural products when initially coming over from mainstream, chemical based stuff. It can take a month for the scalp to adjust to natural products. It can take the skin's oil-producing mechanism 14 days or more to adjust itself when changing to real, natural soap.
If new to using natural products, please give it a chance and your body a chance to restore its natural function before judging the product."

"Didn't live up to my expectations at all. It doesn't feel like other conditioners, which would be fine if it worked. I tried rinsing it out right away, I tried leaving it on for a short time, long time, everything. I gave both the shampoo and conditioner a two week trial and don't know what to do with the rest of it. I won't buy it again. I really wanted this to work because it's organic and I don't want a bunch of chemicals on my family's heads. Hmmmm.... Oh well. I'll keep looking."

"My hair feels like straw after I use this product. Maybe it is because of the lack of chemicals and I am not used to conditioners that don't feel "slippery", but I cannot even get my fingers through my hair after I leave it on for a few minutes. I already have short, healthy hair."

"Definitely doesn't feel like a regular conditioner when applied... but it REALLY conditions and softens hair great! My hair is thin and fine and I used to have fly away hair all the time... especially in winter with all the heated air in the house, or when it was windy outside... I no longer have that problem! And even though it conditions so great, it doesn't leave my hair oily at all! I LOVE IT!"
