"I've been taking this product for about 5 years or so. I like the fact that it has no sugar but provides an electrolyte mix that will help rehydrate my system. I drink it at home and when I travel or work out. Basically, I don't drink plain water very much because I make electrolyte water with this product. I like the individual packets which are convenient when traveling or working out. But I also wish they made one that comes in a big tub so I can just scoop to make electrolyte water at home (all that individual packaging can be spared)."

"I liked the no-sugar "Emergen-C Lite with MSM" but haven't been able to locate it anywhere these days. Electrolyte-wise, this is as good, though I do miss the Vitamin C and the MSM, both of which work well for me. This goes with me on hikes in the hot Cali sun. The electrolytes in this formula are certainly up to the task. I also use it to help alkalise my system, and it does that quite well as well. Cheers..."

"I had been taking this supplement for a year and a half, stopped taking it to try other things, came back to it some months later, and discovered it is not the same as it used to be. Although it has the same mineral content, it has a new formulation in the way of other ingredients added. This company is big now on filler ingredients, like tapioca maltodextrin. The flavor has changed as well. At least it still remains sugar free. There are far more better mineral electrolight supplements that you can buy now, that have superior formulations, better taste, and at a better cost. So disappointing."

"these Electromix are a godsend. Each packet comes in a paper-thin package that you can carry with you on a ride for a refill when your bottle runs out. I find the taste a bit bland, but I normally add a 1/4 cup of Cranberry juice to the mix, and away you go. Flavoured electrolyte mix. My favourite flavour so far is the lemon-lime as you can add other juices to it without tasting funny."

"I started buying Electomix about 10 years ago, it was reccomended by one of my daughters neurologists, believe it or not! My daughter can not have sugar and she was always dehydrated because she would not drink much of anything. Pedialyte and Gatorade all had sugars and so she could not drink them. I found out that I could put Electromix in lots of differnt things....I would make up a 2 liter batch of Electomix and make Jello or Koolaid drinks or Kool Aid popsicles. I have even added it juice instead of water or put it into the water and used it to make frozen orange juice. This product kept her hydrated and well within the budget of a single mother! Much cheaper than gatorade or Pedialyte. And versatile. My daughter has since passed away...but I continue to keep Electromix on hand for whenever one of my family or friends are sick or we intend to go hiking. I just introduced it to my sister in law who was sick and had allowed herself to get very dehydrated. She started to feel better almost instantly and could not believe how fast it worked compared to other electolyte solutions. I cannot say enough good things about Electromix!!!"

"I have been using Electromix for five years now. It kept me hydrated at Burningman, the giant desert festival in Nevada. I use it a lot in the summer. Just empty a bag into a quart of water and off you go!! It's not sweet like a sports drink with all those sugars but it contains the electrolytes I need to feel good. It keeps me sharp. "I sweat heavily, fitness training, sauna, Jacuzzi and such, so I deplete electrolytes often. One packet of this in some water and I'm good to go.
Often, when I sauna, I will put 2 packets in my half gallon water bottle and nurse it over a 45 minute session.
They're so convenient, that I always carry a few extra in my purse, workout/spa bag, and travel bag.
I've looked for these in local health food stores, as well as other online stores, but most of them don't carry this product....and if they do, the price is much higher, plus sales tax.
I highly recommend this product."

"I've used these on a recent trip that required a lot of walking in hot, sunny days. While some others in the group felt tired at times, and one even got dehydrated and subsequently had a mild sun stroke, I felt quite energized while using this product. I assume it must have helped, though of course I don't know how I would have felt if I weren't using it. The taste could be better, but by no means bad. The single packs are very handy and mess-free."
