"Exactly what is needed to replenish elecrolytes and boost immunity when you begin to lose energy or feel rundown. You never know, but this vitamin C, B-vitamins and minerals when really needed, could possibly save your life. Good to take every day in addition to a strong multi-vitamin and mineral at another time during the day.
