"I've been taking Tam for a number of years and I'm still extremely satisfied with the results. When taken properly there is no cramping or pain associated with taking these tablets yet they are very effective in keeping me regular and on schedule."

"Although I have gotten consistent results from Tam, it is not as potent as Swiss Kriss which I feel is the gold standard by which all other herbal laxatives are judged. It is perfect for someone who needs a mild stimulant to help with bowel movements."
