Each Golden Aloe soft gell contains 100 mg of Aloe Vera concentrate, supplying the equivalent of 20,000 mg (4 teaspoonsful) aloe vera gel. Only the fresh thick inner gel from the aloe vera leaf is freeze dried to form the aloe vera concentrate. Equivalent to approximately one cup of aloe vera drink.
