"I have been taking Carlson Fish Oil Multi Vitamins for about 5 months. I had bloodwork done before I started taking them and then 3 months later. These pills, combined with an improved diet, lowered my total cholesteral as well as my LDL (bad cholesterol). I'm sold on them!!!!"
