"I recommend this to anyone who needs to get out of the early or winter blues. Do not take this at night or even mid afternoon. It makes it difficult to sleep! ;) Take first thing in the morning. I don't need to take it with food. It keeps me going throughout the day with a more positive (not sleepy, grumpy) attitude."

"Vitamin D is great for so many things and many of us are deficient, Doctors really need to start odering bloodwork to detect this. This is a really trustworthy brand and at a really affordable price. The pill is so small it is like your not even taking anything."

"I take Carlson's Cod Liver Oil and/or the Very Finest Fish Oil and I trust the brand from my experiences with those products. I am deficient in Vitamin D (from blood test) and am taking this along with the CLO (and trying to get limited sun exposure as I can) to bring my levels up."

"I'm sold on the Vitamin D sofgels. They are effective, and the quality is great. One doesn't realize what mental and physcial health issues by being Vitamin D Deficient. I'm back walking daily, and take Magnesium (500msg with this product which helps with promoting. Please, anyone out there who thinks or is Vitamin D deficient, try this products which is 1000 IU daily."

"I have been looking for a vitamin D supplement to use especially in the winter months to make sure my body is getting what it needs to make my calcium work.
