"this stuff seems to work on my hot flashes and spotting, The best part is the pump application, you get the right amount to use each time. The only down side is the smell, but you get use to it."

"Previously I was a user of Life-Flo's Progensa 20 progesterone cream and started noticing it was becoming harder to find online. I later discovered that Life-Flo discontinued it and replaced it with Progestacare Plus which I find to be even more effective than Progensa. It greatly reduces my hot flashes and night sweats and keeps me on an even keel emotionally. I tried weaning myself off of progesterone cream last winter, BIG MISTAKE! I was using another brand since I couldn't find Progensa and it was not effective at all. It was then when I researched Life-Flo's website and found Progestacare Plus. I won't be without it ever again! Thanks for carrying this great product at such a great price!"

"This purchase was an "oops" on my part, due to not paying close enough attention. I normally use Life-Flo Progestacare Cream, not the Plus & thought that was what I was purchasing. I personally don't care to have the phytoestrogens in the product I use & have not had the overall feeling of wellness with the Plus that I have experienced before. The Plus may be great for some gals, but I won't be choosing it again."
