"Taste is just outstanding for this sort of supplement. Most of these powders i have tried make you gag if you tried them right out of the bottle. Not this one, taste's a lot like cinnamon to me. I love mixing it with yogurt and apple sauce. Tried it with liquids but it doesn't really dissolve very well. I've only been using it for a week so I can't really comment on overall effectiveness but so far I love it"

"This is a nice change of pace from the usual green drinks. It has a wholesome/hearty/slightly spicy nuance as if something good is baking in the oven.

This superfood is uncommonly rich in omegas which makes it a valuable addtion to my rotation of health food drinks."

"I love the taste of this product in my yogurt and protein shakes, applesauce. Yummy! I really like it. I dont know if everyone would love it as much as me but I could eat this several times a day. It makes me feel full for hours and helps with hypoglycemia. I know it is very good for me and that makes me feel even better every time I use it. This is sort of personal but I will let you know anyway. My bowel movements have been much more soft...and whole. Sorry that is so much information but I think that is important for digestive and intestinal health. I am trying to get my colon and intestines clean and healthy."
