"My mother referred me to this product which was recommended by her dentist. I don't normally listen to her, but in this case I was very pleased with the results. I don't really care much whether my teeth are white or off white. I eat a lot of mustard and love tea. I am very impressed with the results. After the first bottles, my teeth were whiter and my breath fresher. I brush with this product and then use the cleanse, which tastes much better to me and seems to work best together. I then use the mouthwash just for good measure I guess. I've never used mouthwash before. I have found myself using it in between meals now though so I suppose I'm hooked. I also purchased the rub, but don't really have a need for it. Doesn't taste bad either though. All together it's a little expensive for something you use everyday. The paste and cleanse are a must, the mouthwash is a luxury item for me now due to budget, but if you afford it, I recommend that you do it all. I guess mother knows best."

"Having had many dental and gum challenges, I've used a large number of oral products and continued to search for one I could stay with. I believe I've found it. I use the suggested pea-sized amount on my toothbrush, which is adequate and makes the tube a very good value. The taste is more than pleasant, kind of wakes up the mouth and prepares it for a great cleansing. Can definitely recommend this product."

"I was looking for an alternative toothpaste to the conventional store toothpaste brands. I wanted one with natural ingredients, especially one without Floride.
