"I was surprised when these came in the mail because instead of the mid-sized capsules I have taken in the past, the pills were LARGE hard compressed powder pills. They are not easy to swallow. I have been taking them anyway and hope they are of high quality, though because they take several months to take effect I will only know months from now if I begin to feel joint pain again. The price was right, if the quality is good, but if not I would prefer to have paid more and gotten better quality."

"some glucosamine tablets upset your stomach, especially at such a high dosage but these have not caused any digestive problems at all. this is the best price i have seen anywhere for this and although the tablet is large it is shaped so that it is easy to swallow and if not you can order it in a smaller dosage or just split the tablet. i can't fairly rate the effectiveness yet because not enough time has passed."

"I have been using NSI glucosamine and chondrotin for a over three years now and I have to give it my highest reccomendation. I am a triathlete, so I put quite a bit of running miles during my training as well as bicycline and swimming. The 1500 mg glucosamine and 1200 mg chondroitin has enabled me to stay free from injury and pain that is usually associated with the injuries. My recovery is better as well. I think that the key for me and how my body works is to be consistent with my daily intake."

"I started taking this product due to my daily need for Motrin for chronic joint pain. I read the product specs and what others wrote about it and decided it was worth a try. I've had a broken femur, two knee and two shoulder surgeries. I raced motocross bikes when I was younger and am 50 years old. My joint cartilage is very thin or gone in many places. Now, I am a true believer in your mind controling everything in your body and don't like to know about side effects of medications due to the possibility my thoughts will create the stated side effects. Therefore, I was amazed to feel joint pain relief way ahead of the stated expectancy time for this product. I've not only been able to do without Motrin, but many days I don't even take Tylenol. My joints don't ache and they feel like they are operating more smoothly than they have in many years. Very pleased with the product and am taking it daily but will continue to research this product for any info on long term usage effects."
