"An RN recommended that I take sam-e to help level out my emotions during a recent time when one of my parents passed away. I've been very pleased with this sam-e. The cost is good, the dosage is good and it seems to be helping. It is nice to be able to take 400mg in one pill instead of some of the lower dose pills."

"It's not bad but I noticed a huge difference when I switched to the Jarrow brand...which they don't have in stock...hmmmm.... It's worth a try if you haven't used SAMe and I beleive you get some benefit, but the best I have tried is Jarrow. Great price ...."

"Have been taking Sam-E for two weeks now and have already noticed an improvement in my mood and energy level. So far, I have not experienced any GI or other side effects. I have been struggling since the death of a close family member in January and needed to get back on track. Had hoped to do so without pharmaceuticals and this looks like it just may be the thing. I do suggest that anyone considering using this product first do their research on exactly what to expect, as there is no product insert and only a short warning about side effects on the box."

"I was involved in an accident in 2001. After two shoulder surgeries, three knee operations ruptered disc in my back and neck, to say the least I was in constant pain. "I had been feeling somewhat off and exhibiting symptoms of mild depression. I read about Sam-e as a natural form to help improve and/or curb these symptoms. I started taking this product and within a week or so, I started to feel a difference. It's been over a month now of taking the product and I feel GREAT! I really do think this product has something to do with it. And I like that it is a 400mg dosage so I can take the recommended daily dosage in one dose which I do first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Thanks for this product!
