"Currently on a wheat free diet, finding products to eat to replace wheat has been a challenge. the pasta made from brown rice has been wonderful. It cooks up with the same consistency, has wonderful whole grain flavor, and even my husband eats it, and he doesn't have to!"

"unfortunately, there is not a lot of choice when it comes to gluten-free pasta. after searching around a bit and trying a couple, I've settled on the Tinkyada. it's easy to cook and tastes like regular wheat pasta. I'm a repeat buyer"

"Great noodles - consistently great texture and absolutely a step above wheat pasta!! Hard to believe, but if you make fettucine alfredo or pesto fettucine - you will notice a silky texture unavailable with ordinary pastas. I have to be gluten free - but even for those without dietary issues, these are top notch noodles. Buy some and brag about your pasta!"
